Some comments say the Cycle frames are not eye-glass-quality plastic. To me, the frames are substantial in weight plus the metal sides give support.
My eye doctor offered zero support once I said my $360 eye exam would be used to buy online glasses. I did not get a PD or nose width. I measured my PD by taking a picture of myself with a ruler stretched across my nose.
The Cycle is large: 51-22-145 with 43mm progressives. My last glasses were 51-19-145 with 28mm bifocals. The increase in nose width causes the glasses to slip down on my face. Be sure you have a large face, or at least a large upper nose. The extra 15mm in lens height causes me to peer downward to read fine print. You might not want lenses this tall if you intend to read fine print.
For all other purposes, the glasses are excellent. My wife likes the frames. I can see far distances and the computer. The progressive feature is not "tunnel-vision" as my wife warned but rather a pleasant change from the visible lines in bifocals.
My intention is to buy two additional frames from EyeBuyDirect. One will be for outdoor use. One will have a blue-light block, bifocals, and a smaller height.
