I dropped a pair with anti-scratch and they scratched badly..
I reported this and they gave me a US address to send the glasses case and cloth to for them to be donated and they said they would be replaced..
I found out After I sent them off that the frame I had was no longer available, and I had specifically said I wanted the same pair, so I would have way rather had the lenses replaced in the frame I had and now I no longer have it. I have nearly 30 pair from EBD, so when I was forced to pick something else I said in the order please make sure I don't have these on order already, as I knew they were ones I was just looking at recently. When I got them they literally showed up twice. I got the same pair two times, so I had ordered them already and no one checked first as I asked them to. So overall it was a bad experience. I also don't like that I don't earn $ for referrals anymore and I don't get the email coupons for every 5 referrals like I used to. I never get the free shipping the membership promises and always have to ask for a refund. A lot you need to fix..
I've referred your company probably 300-500 transactions already, that's easily $30,000 in sales. I do like the frames. There are many I buy that I don't like and it isn't worth the effort to return them.
