Love these, but they don’t fit well with my strong prescription and face shape

These are super cute, but just don’t fit me well. A combination of a decently strong prescription and my long oval face causes a lot of distortion and from the lenses. I look imbalanced. Makes my eyes look small and far away from each other. On someone else with a lesser prescription, I bet these are nice.
