i have bought several pairs of glasses over the last 3-4 years and never had any problems. I recently ordered two more pairs and when I rdeived them, one pair was perfect, but the other was not quite right. The lenses were not set quite right and the result was not clear vision. On top of that, I really did not like the frames on me. I contacted customer service and was told what the return procedure was and to order another pair. I did the return and ordered another frame and I just received the replacement frame and love the new frames. Thanks for making the return very easy and painless!
