OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SUPPORT

I ORDERED GLASSES USING THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION AND WHEN THE GLASSES WERE RECEIVED I COULD NOT SEE THROUGH THEM. I CALLED AND TOLD EYEBUYDIRECT THAT I HAD GIVEN THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION. WITH NO QUESTIONS THEY TOOK THE CORRECT PRESCRIPTION INFORMATION AND PLACE AN ORDER FOR NEW GLASSES. THE NEW GLASSES ARRIVED IN GOOD TIME AND THERE WAS NO CHARGE FOR THE NEW GLASSES OR RETURNING THE WRONG GLASSES. I CALL THAT OUTSTANDING SERVICE.

From Contacts to Glasses

This pair of glasses is perfect for my face! I was just looking for a cheap pair that I could not worry about losing or breaking, but now I've gone from wearing contacts every day to wearing these glasses every day. I have a bad prescription and it was no problem. I was very impressed that I received such a nice frame and hassle-free lenses for such a low cost!
