Afternoon Glasses

The 5 star is for Eyebuydirect outstanding customer service!! I had ordered these and they were packaged very well and professional. But when I put them on they were just not me! The lenses were perfect and the frames seemed excellent quality but again just not me! I immediately called EBD and the operator was so kind and understanding, absolutely no pressure. Being my first time purchasing from EBD I was skeptical but this operator put me at ease and even sent me a prepaid return label. I immediately took them to the post office and mailed the eyeglasses back to EBD. The operator was right I would receive notifications along the process of the return. I followed her instruction and I was refunded. She did ask if I wanted to order another pair but I did not want to as I wanted to see how the return was going to happen. Having other experiences elsewhere made me so skeptical but now I am a firm believer in this company! Thank you EBD.

I love these new frames! They are attractive, perfectly sized for my face and obviously high quality. I highly recommend them!
