I ordered progressive lenses in my glasses. The closeup part of the lenses I received took up more than half of the lenses. In all other glasses I have had in the last 20 years the closeup part of the glasses was in the lower third of the lense. I called to get them replaced. The representative was very nice, but the person she had to check with apparently kept telling her different things - she would tell me something different about how much of the lense was supposed to be for closeup each time she came back online. I could tell that she also was getting exasperated. FINALLY, I was able to get an agreement to replace the lenses with ones where the closeup portion was where it was supposed to be - in the bottom one-third of the lense. If the new ones work, I'll be happy. By the way, I bought a pair of single-vision sunglasses at the same time and I am VERY HAPPY with them.
